In our cozy one-bedroom apartment (67 m²) on the 3rd floor, you can settle in and unwind in the spa town of Bad Neuenahr in the Ahr Valley — in a quiet location, yet with everything within easy reach.

The bedroom is your personal retreat after an active day. In the living room, you can relax on the sofa, watch a movie, enjoy the view of the greenery, or plan your next trip. For the 3rd and 4th guest, the sofa bed provides additional sleeping space.

A true highlight is the large, covered loggia: thanks to its south-east facing orientation, you’ll enjoy sunshine throughout the day — perfect for breakfast, coffee, or a relaxing break with a mountain view. In the evening, it stays pleasantly cool and cozy — ideal for reading, dining, or enjoying a glass of wine.

To help you get started right away, a practical welcome starter set is waiting for you — so you don’t have to shop for everything individually:

• Coffee & tea for your first cozy moment
• Kitchen basics for cooking (e.g., spices and essentials)
• Bathroom & toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and other essentials)
  
  

You’ll also receive hotel-quality bed linen and towels. And for extra convenience: the apartment offers step-free access from the underground garage to the apartment (via elevator), you can securely store bicycles under cover right outside the entrance, and there is also a washing machine inside the apartment.

As a spa town, Bad Neuenahr charges a visitor’s tax (Kurtaxe), which we must bill separately and pass on to the city. The fee is €2.50 per adult per night. Children aged 6 and above pay €1.00 per child per night. In return, you will receive a guest card, which offers numerous discounts and benefits.

Full payment is required prior to arrival. Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival.

Bicycle racks are located directly in front of the building entrance, and covered bicycle shelters are also available.

Street parking is very limited (mostly residents-only), so please feel free to use our parking space in the underground garage.

If needed, we can provide a travel cot for a child.

Arrival by Car

Please drive directly to Mittelstraße 107. You can park along the street first, pick up the key/remote for the underground garage in the apartment, and then unload comfortably from the garage and take the elevator straight up to the apartment. Arrival by Public Transport

If you’re arriving by train (RB30), you’ll get off at Bad Neuenahr station. From there, it’s two stops on bus 849, about 5 minutes by bike, 15 minutes on foot, or 3 minutes by taxi. The Bus stops only 150m away from the apartment. 

You’re in a great location to explore Bad Neuenahr and the Ahr Valley at a relaxed pace — with a perfect mix of nature, spa-town vibes, and great day trips.

• Ahr riverbank (under 1 km): Ideal for a stroll, a short run, or simply taking a deep breath by the water.
• Lenné Park & Lenné Schlösschen (under 1 km): One of the nicest places for a walk — especially in the morning or late afternoon.
• Bad Neuenahr Kurpark (1 km): Perfect for relaxing and exploring.
• Augustinum (approx. 270 m): Very close by, in case you’re planning a visit there.

And if you’re up for more: the area offers many beautiful cycling and hiking routes along the Ahr. The starting point of the Ahrsteig is about 2 km away, the Rotweinwanderweg (Red Wine Trail) starts about 3 km away, and just a few meters from the apartment you can begin the climb up Neuenahrer Berg, where you’ll be rewarded with a breathtaking view.
